Cyprus ACS Courier Delivery (1-2 Working Days)
Wizartexpress.shop offers FREE Delivery on all orders over €30.00 within Cyprus.
- Order Processing: Once your order has been accepted, please allow up to 1-2 business days to process your order.
- Customer Notification: Customers will be contacted if we are unable to process their order within the stated time-frame.
- Seasonal Variations: During seasonal periods and public holidays, delivery times may vary.
Delivery Process
- Delivery Method: Delivery is made exclusively to ACS Courier shops. There is no home delivery option.
- Collection Information: Upon delivery to the designated ACS Courier shop, you will receive a notification with information on how to collect your order.
- Failed Collection: If you do not collect your parcel within the timeframe specified by ACS Courier, it will be returned to us.
Failed Delivery
- Notification: If you do not receive a notification from ACS Courier, please contact us for assistance.
- Undelivered Parcel: Upon receipt of your undelivered parcel by our team, we will email you to confirm the option of re-delivery or refund.
- Incorrect Information: If your order fails to be delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided by you, you may be required to pay a charge for re-dispatch.
Payment Methods
- Card Payments Only: Please note that only card payment methods are available. There is no option to pay by cash upon collection at the courier store.
